Return / Exchange with purchase on the site

Your satisfaction with YAA'RIT STUDIO jewelry is our top priority. We offer full refunds on all items within 14 days of receipt of the package by our customer.
As long as the jewelry has not been worn and are in their original purchased condition, as new, including all product documentation.ย 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:ย

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010-5771 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5771-1981

We will give a refund following the Consumer Protection Law and at the cost of cancellation fees 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.ย 

In any cases of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded. The same applies to any insurance and /or tax fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Upon return of product purchased via PayPal or any credit card payment please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

When purchasing jewelry that exceeds the price of 3000 NIS โ€“ it is not possible to receive a refund by law, but it is possible to make a change or receive a tactile credit in the store or on the website.
The tactile credit will be given following the Consumer Protection Law and at the cost of cancellation fees 5% or 100 NIS whichever is lower.
You can replace/receive a credit for use in the store or website up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the item, provided that it was returned in its original packaging in perfect condition as new and not used.


Return / replace custom items

It is impossible to replace/receive a credit or refund on items made by custom order or any item that has been modified that is not as shown in the existing jewelry specifications on the site.
Since all rings are made specifically on demand and according to the requested learning, no exchanges/refunds or credits can be made.

Vouchers and credits

When purchasing using purchase notes/gift voucher or store credit - replacement/credit will be redeemed in the store or on the match site to the product return policy.
It is not possible to get a refund.
