Returns

Every jewelry piece is made to order. Every order is specially made with great attention to detail, from polishing to setting the beautiful gems. Please feel free to contact us for anything.

Our policy lasts 14 days after receiving the item.
If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2 days 100% money back guarantee or hassle free exchange warranty against defect in material or workmanship. * Warranty will be voided if the ring is damaged due to user's mishandling. Any other reason return will result a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yaaritjewelry@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will do our best to make the ring size you provided, but in any case if it does not fit, either it is my fault or yours, you will have to take care of it at your local jeweler at your own expense.

We will not mark the package as gift or lower the declare value on the customs form.

Buyer is responsible for the customs, such as duty fee, and delay due to customs hold up and duty fee/VAT for jewelry can go up as high as 25% of the item price for some country. You will have to check with your own country's customs.
