All of our jewels are packed and delivered from Tel Aviv, Israel, in Express Premium Delivery Service 'Door-to-Door' with envoy. Delivery is included in price.

For orders shipped outside of Israel, the client will be responsible for paying all local taxes in the destination country, including custom clearance fees, and any additional expenses that may occur.

We recommend that you check the cost of taxes and other associated costs, before placing your order.

You will be sent a tracking number and shipping details once courier provides this information. Please note that delivery times are approximate, and in rare cases there may be delays.

If you chose the option of self-pickup, please arrive at our store during opening hours, and only after receiving a message that your order is ready.
